I’m Sergey, a technical writer with 10+ years of experience helping teams ship clear, consistent documentation for complex software. I work across end-user documentation, developer documentation for APIs and SDKs, and documentation operations, with a strong focus on information architecture, standards, and scalable docs-as-code workflows.

I partner closely with product, design, engineering, and support to turn fast-moving releases into guidance users can trust, and to build documentation systems that stay accurate as products evolve. I use LLMs as part of my workflow to stay productive, scale updates across large sets of articles, and maintain consistency with established style guides.

Outside of work, I stay active and social. I play pickleball, run regularly, and look for ways to move every day. I enjoy being around people and tend to connect easily. I value strong friendships and conversations that feel real.

I am also curious about the inner workings of the mind. Psychology has long interested me, especially motivation, behavior, and self-awareness. I spend time reflecting, observing patterns, and understanding how people think. I am a good listener and appreciate thoughtful, honest dialogue.
